Choose your date and booking type on our Book Now page. You'll pay at checkout, sign a digital rental agreement, and receive your unique door access code via text and email before your booking begins.
Park in the private lot behind the building (accessible via the alley) and enter through the back door. A unique access code is sent to your phone and email before your booking starts — no key pickup, no check-in. Just show up, enter your code, and you're in.
A $100 refundable security deposit is collected at checkout. It's returned within 48 hours of your checkout if no damage is reported. You have 24 hours after your booking ends to dispute any deductions.
We do not permit medical or healthcare services, body piercing, tattooing, made-to-order food, hair salon services, alcohol sales, or cannabis sales. Pre-packaged food products are welcome. All vendors confirm this during booking.
Full refund with 7+ days notice. 50% refund with 3–6 days notice. No refund with less than 48 hours notice or for no-shows. Monthly subscriber fees are non-refundable once your billing cycle begins.
$275/month includes 5 standard weekday (Mon–Thu) bookings — roughly $55/day vs. the $75 standard rate. Unused days don't roll over. Premium days are blacked out by default but can be added for $60/day.
