Terms of Service

The Studio Springfield is a short-term commercial rental space located at 138 Main Street, Springfield, NE 68059, operated by NP 138 Main, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website or booking the space, you agree to these terms.

• Bookings are made through our website and paid in full at checkout.
• Before your visit, you must sign the Space Rental Agreement sent to you after booking. The signed agreement governs your use of the space and controls if it conflicts with anything on this website.
• Weekday (Mon–Thu) and Weekend (Fri–Sun) services are priced separately — please book the service that matches your date.

• Cancel at least 48 hours before your booking start time for a full refund.
• No refund for cancellations within 48 hours of the start time or for no-shows.
• Monthly subscriber fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.

• Access is provided by a unique door code valid only during your booking window.
• You are responsible for your guests and customers and for leaving the space in the condition you found it.
• Damage or excessive mess may be charged to your payment method per the signed rental agreement.
• Prohibited uses include medical or healthcare services, body piercing, tattooing, made-to-order food, hair salon services, alcohol sales, and cannabis sales.

If you opt in on our forms, we send transactional and informational text messages (booking confirmations, door access codes, reminders, review requests) and occasional promotional messages from NP 138 Main, LLC (The Studio Springfield). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Our SMS program is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By opting in, you confirm you are at least 18. Wireless carriers (including AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

The space is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, NP 138 Main, LLC is not liable for loss or damage to your property, products, or equipment while on the premises, or for indirect or consequential damages arising from your rental. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to bookings made after its effective date.
